On the 26th of Oct’2018, an industrial visit was organized by the Guwahati Management Association . Several newly set up industries in areas west of Guwahati like Mirza , Palasbari, Kukurmara etc were covered during the course of the visit. The notable industries visited were an unit of M/s Sun Pharma Ltd, which is producing various injections and capsule patents of the Company. The team also visited the partially commissioned factory of M/s Ajanta Pharma Ltd. Also paid visit to factories of I T C and Britannia Industries Ltd, where both are manufacturing various cookies and biscuits, besides toiletries . The G M A team were highly impressed by big employment opportunities created in the area by these medium scale industries set up in course of the last two years and marketing of its products not only in the North Eastern Region but in other parts of the country as well.
