Attendance:	84 members of GMA including guests.

The 47th AGM for the financial year 2017-18-19 was held under the Presidentship of Mr D N Barua. The Hony. General Secy Mr D Gohain presented the Secretarial Report, where he gave a detailed account of what was achieved and remained to be achieved by GMA during the period. Also the report contained an overall picture of the activities carried out. The A G M approved the audited accounts for the year presented by the Hony. Treasurer Mr Mukul Bora

The AGM elected a new Board of Directors for a two year term under Presidentship of Mr S B Sarmah who was the earlier Vice President.

The AGM was followed by a General Meeting where a presentation was given on ‘Hydro Carbon Scenario 2019 - its effect on Indian Economy ‘, by Mr P D Choudhury, a senior engineer who extensively worked in the oil industry . A power point presentation on the activities of GMA during the past one year was also made before the audience . The newly elected GMA members were also felicitated in the meeting which ended with a dinner for the members and guests.
