N.B. ZED certification is a new concept on Zero defect, Zero effect. ZED certification is necessary to know the quality of a product of MSME to make their product global.

Procedure to obtain certificate and its cost and subsidy provided to obtain the certificate was explained. Methods of improvement of product and also procedure to improve the grade etc was also explained.
