The training program for working executives on " Improving Professional Effectiveness " on the 27th& 28th June 2016

Guwahati Management Association conducted a training program for working executives on “Improving Professional Effectiveness " on the 27th and 28th June 2016 in the convention hall of Donbosco Reach Out, Guwahati.

This training is well attended by about 25 participants coming from various business and industrial sectors, representing Central and State sector oil companies, private sector corporates located in Assam. Even as many as three business schools had sent their middle level faculties for exposure to the training.

The trainer for the program is Mr Diganta Sharma, a certified corporate trainer who is a regular trainer in Behavioural Skill and Sales Skill, retained by many pan-India corporate houses for their in house training. The program ended with a valedictory function on the 28th June afternoon, with Mr D N Barua, President, G M A, presenting the certificates.

The G M A intends to continue this training at least once every two months, to develop managerial aspects of soft skills.
