A felicitation ceremony was held in The Institutions of Engineers, Guwahati on 7th Nov 2015 to felicitate of Mr D N Barua, President Guwahati Management Association, on his 94th birthday.

Mr. H S Das, Chief Information Commisioner of Govt. of Assam, presided over the meeting and Mr Sahntikam Hazarika Former chairman of SEBA addressed the function. Mr H N Das, Retired Chief Secretary of Govt of Assam, delivered a lecture on “KNOW YOUR CONSTITUTION”. A meeting was well attended by persons from Corporate, Institutions and Academician.
